The two-day Breeders’ Cup is Nov. 6-7 at Keeneland. Even running spectator-free due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it provides bettors 14 Grade 1 races of varying distances, ages, and surfaces that are a horseplayer’s all-you-can-eat buffet of betting.

The Breeders’ Cup offers your normal Win-Place-Show wagers, along with exactas, trifectas, superfectas, daily doubles, and Pick 3s. Punters swinging for the fences have multi-race guaranteed pools – five of which are seven figures.

Friday’s opening day begins with a $500,000 Pick 5 on the first five races, which are non-Breeders’ Cup events. Then, there’s a $1 million Breeders’ Cup Late Pick 5 challenging bettors to pick the five winners of the five Breeders’ Cup “Future Star Friday” races.

Friday’s Breeders’ Cup Schedule

Rounding out Friday’s multi-race pool is a $1 million All-Breeders’ Cup Pick 4 on races 7-10.

There are 12 races on Saturday’s card, the last nine Breeders’ Cup races. Bettors can dive in with a $500,000 Pick 5 on the first five races. They can segue into a $1 million Breeders’ Cup Ultra Pick 6 on the last six races (7-12), take on a $2 million Breeders’ Cup Late Pick 5 (races 8-12), and a $2 million Breeders’ Cup Late Pick 4 on races 9-12.

Special Daily Double Wager Has a Theme

Bet minimums are $1 for win-place-show, daily double, exactas, Pick 6, and the special daily double. They are 50 cents for the trifecta, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 and the Jackpot Super High 5, and 10 cents for the superfecta.

The special daily double is a bet requiring horseplayers to hit two, non-consecutive races. There are three theme-based wagers on the menu: the Juvenile Turf/Turf (race 7 Friday and race 11 Saturday), the Juvenile Fillies/Distaff (race 8 Friday and race 10 Saturday) and the Juvenile/Classic (race 10 Friday and race 12 Saturday).
