Sports Interaction Review Summary
Licensed and regulated in both Canada and Jersey, Sports Interaction seems like it should be an obvious choice for North American punters. Unfortunately, however, they're currently unable to accept American players due to the dubious legal position of online gambling in the USA.
A big part of our Sports Interaction sportsbook review will therefore focus on whether or not the site remains suitable for those elsewhere.
Software and Playability 9 /10
Using a sportsbook can be complicated, so it's vital that good sports betting sites offer bets in a way that's easy for beginners to understand.
Fortunately, Sports Interaction does just that. As well as offering tons of different bets – more on these below – they show you at a glance on your bet card what you stand to make if your bets are successful.
Being able to pick between decimal, fractional and American odds is a nice touch that will allow newbies (and oldies!) to place bets in whichever way is most comfortable to them, and make the best of those juicy sports betting tips.
Banking Options 8.5 /10
A healthy range of deposit and withdrawal options is vital for any truly international sportsbook to succeed in 2017.
Again we're glad to say that, for the purposes of this Sports Interaction review, the site more or less lives up to that need. Some of their deposit options include:
- Credit/debit card
Things are little more limited when it comes to withdrawing your winnings though, with players only able to use wire transfer (1 to 2 days), InstaDebit (1 to 2 days) or check (up to 28 days) to cash out at the sportsbook. That's not a huge problem but might be a little annoying if you're not used to using any of those methods for withdrawal.
It seems like they may be adding new payment methods all the time – their website mentions using EcoCard for making withdrawals, which seems to have been added in 2017 – but they don't have a full list of all their banking options within easy reach on their main site.
Security and Fair Play 8 /10
As well as being licensed in both Canada and Jersey, Sports Interaction also publishes information about their payout percentages.
The latter is, of course, more relevant to their casino section than their sportsbook – the payout percentage of a sportsbook depends, of course, primarily on the bets customers make.
But, in terms of security, any Sports Interaction sportsbook review has to be pretty favourable as well – as well as the badge displaying that the site uses Norton security to protect users, and the fact that they encrypt data transfers, they also provide evidence of their positive Gaming Associates assessment.
Casino and Poker 8 /10
Slots fans will feel right home hitting the site's collection of 50+ slots, including the ever popular Marvel slots range.
No review of this site would be complete without including a Sports Interaction casino review, as there's also a Playtech and Betsoft powered casino to visit should you decide to take a break from the sports betting odds and stats.
With 8 table games and 8 card games (at the time of writing), there are more comprehensive casino offerings out there in 2017 to be sure but that's probably to be expected given that Sports Interaction is, primarily, a sportsbook.
We don't intend to veer off into a full Sports Interaction poker review, but we will say that the ability to play Omaha, Texas Hold 'Em, Six Plus Hold 'Em and Omaha Hi-Lo is a nice touch for any poker fans who happen to find their way to the site.
Compatibility 10 /10
Being able to bet or play casino games on the move is increasingly important to cash gamblers in 2017, and Sports Interaction steps up to the plate.
Our Sports Interaction mobile review HAS to be very positive, simply because they offer both their trademark Sports Interaction sports betting and a range of casino games (including table games and slots) on a mobile responsive site for users to enjoy on iPhone, iPad, Nokia Lumix, Samsung Galaxy or even tablets like the Fire and the Surface Pro.
That means there's no need to download anything and, as long as you have internet access, you can place wagers and hit the slots or tables on whatever device you want to use.
Bonuses and Promotions 7.5 /10
Casinos and sportsbooks are increasingly offering fantastic welcome bonuses to attract new players. Unfortunately, this is one area in which Sports Interaction sports betting falls a little flat.
Poker fans can double their first deposit, up to $600, when signing up to hit the tables but otherwise there's not much else to enjoy in terms of bonuses or promotions at Sports Interaction.
Some Sports Interaction online review content talks about 100% match bonuses being available in the sportbook and casino sections of their website, but that certainly doesn't seem to be the case in our experience. In fact, the best we can find is a 10% up to 100 CAD bonus available on their website in 2017 and even that's only available to players in Canada.
Customer Support 8.5 /10
An extensive knowledge base and 24/7 telephone/email support is available at Sports Interaction, but there's no live chat to be found.
That's not necessarily the end of the world but, if the time you have to make a decision on a bet is quickly running out, you might find yourself wishing the site offered live chat support.
The knowledge base is very thorough, however, and allows potential customers to answer probably 90% of the questions they would have without needing to get in touch with the support team. Obviously this also means that the support team has more time to deal with other queries.

With its inability to offer new accounts to customers in the USA, and various other countries, things aren't perfect at Sports Interaction. Review sites sometimes claim that it's a bit of a relic of times gone by but, if you can overlook the relative lack of any welcome bonuses or promotions, we think it's actually a pretty decent place to place a few enjoy putting your sports betting strategy and skills to work!
