In 2024, live chat and telephone support are more or less the industry standard for sports betting sites so we're slightly disappointed that Pinnacle doesn't offer them.

When you're acting on sports betting tips, particularly related to in-play action, time is of the essence. Even though Pinnacle offers excellent support by email, the lack of clarity surrounding how long you'll need to wait before you get a response to your question can be offputting.

It's a minor complaint in our Pinnacle sports review but, when trying to employ sports betting strategy, one that could end up making all the difference. It may well be that Pinnacle moves to add live chat support in 2024 or sometime in the future.
