With 12 teams remaining, four teams were awarded byes. In the AFC, the top-seeded Chiefs and #2 New England Patriots have the week off. Also, in the NFC, the #1 Saints and the #2 Los Angeles Rams were awarded opening-round byes.

Big Easy Favorite

The Saints (13-3) are the consensus pick in Las Vegas to win the coveted Lombardi trophy. You can get the Saints to win the Super Bowl for +250 right now.

Drew Brees is contending with Patrick Mahomes for overall NFL MVP. Brees set the NFL passing record and joined the exclusive 500 TD Club earlier this season. Meanwhile, in just his second year in the NFL, Mahomes has made a name for himself on the field with ridiculous numbers. Mahomes has also gained notoriety among Fortnite gamers.

The Monsters of Midway and the Chicago Bears boast the top-rated defense in the NFL, which is why they are hovering at 8-1 odds to win the Super Bowl.

Brady and Belichick

The press in New England had a field day this season reporting on the growing rift between 41-year old quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick. The latest rumors are that offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is headed to Cleveland to coach Baker Mayfield.

The Patriots (11-5) are the third-most popular selection on the board at 5-1. They boast one of the best home records in the NFL with an undefeated 8-0 clip in Foxboro. The Pats defeated the Rams earlier this season during a thriller in New England. However, if those two were to meet again, the game would occur at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City with the Chiefs holding home-field advantage.

California Dreaming

The LA Rams (13-3) are also 5-1 odds to win the Super Bowl. They locked up the #2 seed and a bye, but previously lost an epic shootout in the Superdome against the Saints in Week 9. With Pro Bowl running back Todd Gurley returning to the lineup, the Rams are trying to get back on track and look more like the team that dominated their competition in the first half of the season.

The LA Chargers (12-4) have a better record than the Patriots, but they finished second in the AFC West behind the Chiefs to settle on a Wild Card spot. Philip Rivers and the Chargers are one of the most dangerous #5 seeds in recent memory. They are also sending the most representatives to the Pro Bowl with seven selections.

Back-to-Back Philly Special

The Eagles are the biggest longshot on the board at 28-1. The defending Super Bowl champs square off against the stingy Bears defense in Chicago. They have backup QB Nick Foles at the helm, which energized both fans and players alike because Foles won the Super Bowl MVP last season. The Eagles have not lost this season since he replaced Carson Wentz in the lineup after Wentz went down with a fractured back.
