Switzerland produced one of the biggest shocks in the tournament’s history by beating world champions France in the Round of 16. The thriller in Bucharest was decided by a penalty shootout and is considered the most spectacular game at the Euros so far. Fans dream for more of the same heading into the final week of the tournament.

All the three “monsters” who competed in Group F, nicknamed the “Group of Death,” were knocked out of the tournament. After Portugal’s 1-0 defeat to Belgium and France’s shootout fail in front of Switzerland, Germany was shown the door by England at Wembley (2-0).

By Saturday evening, we’ll know which four teams will go to the semifinals at Euro 2020. OnlineGambling.com offers you an idea of how the tournament might go over the next two days.

Who could advance

Switzerland – Spain (Friday, 18:00 CET, St Petersburg)

The Swiss are capable of anything after beating France and should be taken as seriously as possible by every opponent. Coach Vladimir Petkovic won’t have Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka at his disposal because of suspension, which is a major blow for Switzerland.

Spain showed fantastic spirit to beat Croatia and has definitely grown into the tournament. Luis Enrique’s men have liabilities at the back, but their game going forward is as impressive as ever.

OnlineGambling prediction: Spain to qualify.

Belgium – Italy (Friday, 21:00 CET, Munchen)

The Belgians beat Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal, the winners of Euro 2016, in the previous round, and will have another major confrontation in the quarterfinals. De Bruyne and Eden Hazard are both doubtful after picking up injuries against Portugal.

Italy survived a scare and beat Austria after extra time in the Round of 16. Both Italy and Belgium won all their three games in the group stage.

Against Austria, Italy conceded their first goal after 1186 minutes, meaning 13 clean sheets in a row. Italy is also unbeaten for 31 games.

OnlineGambling prediction: Belgium to qualify.

Czech Republic – Denmark (Saturday, 18:00 CET, Baku)

Denmark regrouped after the Eriksen drama and is now surfing on a wave of confidence. They put four goals past Russia in the game, which decided their qualification from the group stage, then another four in the Wales net in the Round of 16.

The Czech Republic beat The Netherlands 2-0 in one of the biggest surprises of the first knock-out round, and have a diamond in Patrik Schick, who scored four goals so far at Euro 2020.

OnlineGambling prediction: Denmark to qualify.

Ukraine – England (Saturday, 21:00 CET, Rome)

England is one of the big favorites in this tournament. In front of Ukraine, Gareth Southgate’s boys will play their first game at Euro 2020 away from home, having contested the group matches and the Round of 16 clash against Germany in London. If they win, the English will return to Wembley for the semifinals and will hope to play the final on the same ground.

Ukraine put on a brave effort in Amsterdam against The Netherlands, having lost 3-2, then won against North Macedonia (2-1). Ukraine only qualified as a lucky third, finishing behind The Netherlands and Austria in Group C.

Somehow, Andriy Schevchenko’s team survived against Sweden in the Round of 16, beating them in the added minutes of the two halves of extra time.
