Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks joined Major League Baseball as an expansion franchise in 1998. The Diamondbacks took only three years to win the World Series Title – the faster expansion team in MLB history to do so. Arizona has been consistent throughout their run in MLB and has won five National League West Titles. The Diamondbacks surprised in 2011 to qualify for the MLB playoffs but were unable to back that effort up in 2012. The National League West is currently very strong and it will be tough for the Diamondbacks to add to their division titles during the 2013 MLB schedule.
