NFL Schedule - Team vs. Team - Week 15

Carolina Panthers vs San Diego Chargers

This will be just the fifth meeting between these sides. The Panthers have won the majority of the clashes between these franchises but will head into this meeting as underdogs. Their offense has failed to click in 2012 and quarterback Cam Newton has clearly regressed as a quarterback. However, the same thing can be said about the Chargers. Quarterback Philip Rivers has struggled while running back Ryan Matthews has failed to fire. The Chargers are deserved favorites but it is difficult to bet on either of these teams with any confidence.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Philadelphia Eagles

The Cincinnati Bengals have won the last two clashes between these sides and will head into this game confident that they can make it three wins in a row. The Bengals appear unlikely to qualify for the playoffs for the second straight season but would still be keen to finish the season with a winning record. The Eagles have very little to play for at this stage of the season and they may have a new coach and quarterback next season. The Bengals should be available at good odds at Online Sportsbooks and are an excellent bet.

Denver Broncos vs Baltimore Ravens

The Denver Broncos head into this game desperate to win their very first game at M&T Bank Stadium. They have played at the venue five times and haven't even gone close to securing a victory. However, this is easily their best chance. The Broncos offense has been excellent with Peyton Manning under center and the Ravens secondary defense has struggled this season. Inconsistent Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will have to play well if his side is going to have any chance in this game. The Broncos are a good bet to win this game.

Detroit Lions vs Arizona Cardinals

The Detroit Lions have lost their last three games against the Cardinals but desperately need to win this game if they are going to have any chance of qualifying for the playoffs this season. The side has struggled to string together back to back wins in 2012 and need to find some form very quickly. This is a game they should really win. The Cardinals offense has been simply awful in the last month and there defense hasn't been good enough to keep them in games. The Lions could really explode in this one and are a good bet to beat the spread in spread betting markets at Online Sportsbooks.

Green Bay Packers vs Chicago Bears

This is one of the most intense rivalries in all of sports and this game will be even more important this season. The Bears are currently leading the NFC North but can still be caught by the Packers especially if Green Bay wins this game. The Packers scored a 23-10 victory over the Bears in week; in what was a very ugly game. The Packers have improved their performance since that game and will head into this game as favorites. It will take a big effort from the Bears defense to give them a chance in this game but the Packers offense should be good enough to avoid turning the ball over. The Packers are a good bet to win this game.

Indianapolis Colts vs Houston Texans

The Texans have beaten the Colts just three times in twenty meetings but will head into this game as firm favorites. Houston has flown under the radar this season but are legitimate Super Bowl contenders. They are strong on both sides of the football and it will take an excellent effort from the Colts to win this game. Andrew Luck has been phenomenal in his rookie season but will have a tough time staying on his feet in this game. This will likely be a low scoring game, with Arian Foster dominating possession, but the Texans should be able to win comfortably.

Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders

This is the second meeting between these two teams this season. In week 8, Carson Palmer threw two touchdown passes to lead the Raiders to a 26-16 win over the Chiefs. The Raiders have improved since that game while the Chiefs have gotten even worse. The difference in this game will likely be Palmer who has been a top ten quarterback in the NFL this season. The Chiefs secondary has really struggled and Palmer should be able to take advantage of this. The Raiders should win this game comfortably and should be able to beat the spread.

Minnesota Vikings vs St Louis Rams

The Vikings have an excellent record over the Rams and should be able to continue this in 2012. The Vikings have been surprisingly good this season and are one of a number of teams with a chance to win a wildcard in the NFC. Adrian Peterson has been outstanding in 2012 – a leading contender for the NFL MVP award – and will likely be the difference in this game. The Rams have scored a few upsets this season but can't be trusted as a betting option. The Vikings are a safe betting option in this game.

New York Giants vs Atlanta Falcons

The Giants have won the last four games between these sides including a victory in last year's playoffs. This will be a very interesting game as both of these sides will likely be heading to the playoffs again in 2012. The Falcons have been by far the superior team this season but the Giants have an excellent record in games against other leading contenders. This game will likely come down to the battle between quarterbacks Eli Manning and Matt Ryan and because of this the edge might just go the Giants. Manning is a proven big game player while Ryan is yet to win a playoff game. The Giants will be available at excellent odds to win this game and are well worth a bet.

New York Jets vs Tennessee Titans

This is a game that will likely have very little impact on the race for 2012 NFL playoff spots. Both of these sides will need a massive form turnaround to qualify for the playoffs and will likely be well out of contention by week 15. The Titans and Jets have been incredibly inconsistent this season and NFL gamblers can't have any confidence betting on either of these teams. The only aspect that could make this game interesting is if the Jets play Tim Tebow as quarterback. If they play Tebow they are well worth a bet but if not this is a game to ignore from a gambling perspective.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Dallas Cowboys

These sides are the two most successful franchises in the history of the NFL and there will be a great deal of pride on the line in this game. They have met in the Super Bowl on three occasions and although this game certainly isn't a Super Bowl it will still be an important game heading into the playoffs. The Cowboys have had a lackluster season but surprisingly are still in the playoff race and could still win the NFC East division. The Steelers are also still in the hunt for their divisional title but even if they can't catch the Ravens they should still qualify for the playoffs. The Cowboys will be hyped going into this game and are a chance to cause a big upset.

San Francisco 49ers vs New England Patriots

This will be a very interesting game that could be a Super Bowl preview. Both these teams will likely be very close to securing playoff spots by week 15 but would dearly love to win this game to take some momentum into the post-season. This game will be decided by the battle between Tom Brady (as well as the rest of the Patriots offense) and the excellent 49ers defense. Brady has been very good this season but will need to be at his best to lead his team to victory. This will be a very tight game so betting on the team available at longer odds at Online Sportsbooks is the best gambling play.

Seattle Seahawks vs Buffalo Bills

The Seattle Seahawks will be confident that they can keep themselves in the playoff race by defeating the Bills. The Seahawks have flown under the radar in recent weeks but are a strong side who are consistently improving. On the other hand, the Bills have had a disastrous season and just are not improving. Their defense has been the worst in the NFL and they will have serious trouble stopping Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch. The Seahawks should win this game easily and are one of the safest bets of the week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New Orleans Saints

This will be a very important clash between these NFC South divisional rivals. Both teams are currently in the hunt for a playoff berth in the NFC and need to win this game to be any real chance. They previously met in week seven when Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw four touchdown passes and 377 yards to lead his side to a come-from-behind victory. There is no doubt that this will be a high-scoring shoot-out and the Saints very rarely lose that type of game. An accumulator bet with the Saints winning into the over in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks is an excellent betting play.

Washington Redskins vs Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns have a fantastic record against the Washington Redskins. The Browns have won thirty-three of the forty-four games between these sides and based on history will be confident heading into this game. However, it is tough to see the Browns defense being able to handle the duel threat abilities of Robert Griffin III. RG3 will carry the majority of the offense for the Redskins and is good enough to lead his team to victory. The Browns have improved in the second half of the season but the Redskins are still a safe bet.
