NFL Schedule - Team vs. Team - Week 11

Arizona Cardinals vs Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons will be aiming to win their first ever game at University of Phoenix Stadium when they face the Arizona Cardinals in week 11. The Falcons are the form team in the NFL and they will be keen to continue their roll to the playoffs with a win over the Cardinals. The Cardinals started the season strongly but their playoff chances are slowly drifting away. An upset win against the Falcons would get their season back on track and get them right back into the hunt for a playoff berth in the hotly contested NFC. The Falcons should win this game comfortably and are one of the best bets of the week.

Baltimore Ravens vs Pittsburgh Steelers

The rivalry between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers is currently considered the number one rivalry in the NFL. These teams have played in a number of extremely physical, tight and emotional games in recent years and almost every game has a direct effect on who will win the AFC North. This will be the same in 2012 as they will meet twice in three weeks and if either side can win both games they will be in control of the division. The Steelers will be desperate to win this game after being swept by the Ravens in 2011. The best gambling play in this game is betting on the Under option in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

Chicago Bears vs San Francisco 49ers

This will be a very interesting game between two sides that are considered strong playoff contenders in the NFC. Defense will dominate this game so you can expect it to be very tight and very low scoring. This game will likely be decided by the battle between the two quarterbacks Jay Cutler and Alex Smith. Both players have been inconsistent in 2012 and would love to produce a big performance in this game to build their confidence heading into the playoffs. Cutler is a better quarterback than Smith and has more weapons on offense so the Bears are an excellent chance to cause an upset in this game and should be available at good odds at Online Sportsbooks.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Kansas City Chiefs

The Cincinnati Bengals will be confident they can maintain their undefeated record at Paul Brown Stadium against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bengals are a consistent side who rarely lose games that they are expected to win. They will go into this game as favourites and need to win if they want to be considered playoff contenders. The Chiefs have been horrible in 2012 and are at good odds to receive the number one draft pick in the 2013 NFL draft. The rivalry between these teams is very tight but the Bengals should be far too strong for the mediocre Chiefs squad.

Cleveland Browns vs Dallas Cowboys

The Cleveland Browns have a surprisingly good historic record against the Dallas Cowboys but have not defeated them since they rejoined the NFL in 1999. The Browns started the season poorly but have improved significantly and scored a big upset in week 8 against the San Diego Chargers. The Browns have a strong defensive unit and could cause a number of problems for the Cowboys offense that has been plagued by turnovers in 2012. The career of Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is at a crossroads as he has really struggled in 2012. The veteran is now in his thirty’s and if he can’t return to top form the Cowboys may start looking at other options at quarterback. However, the Cowboys should still be too strong for the Browns in what should be a tight game.

Green Bay Packers vs Detroit Lions

The Packers and Lions have met in some highly entertaining shoot outs in the last few years and this should be no exception. In the last meeting between the sides a Packers side, without quarterback Aaron Rodgers, scored forty-five points against the Lions in a record-breaking performance. The Lions have been disappointing in 2012 and will be desperate to prove they can hang with the top sides. The Packers started the season slowly but have now clicked into gear and should once again feature in the playoffs. The best gambling play in this game is betting on the Over option in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans

This is the second meeting this year between the Jaguars and the Texans. The Texans easily accounted for the Jaguars in that meeting and will be expected to do the same in week 11. Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert had a shocking game in that match and will need to improve significantly if the Jaguars are going to be competitive in this game. The Texans have all but wrapped up the AFC South division title but would love to finish the season with a 6-0 record against their divisional rivals. The Texans will win this game and are an excellent bet in spread betting markets at Online Sportsbooks.

Miami Dolphins vs Buffalo Bills

The Miami Dolphins have an excellent record against the Buffalo Bills and would dearly love to win this game and carry on their surprising run for a playoff berth. The Dolphins have defied all expectations in 2012 and are now looking like a good chance to qualify for the playoffs. The Bills on the other hand have been disappointing once again and their thirteen-year playoff drought (the longest current streak in the NFL) appears likely to continue. These teams are not fond of each other so this should be a physical affair. The Dolphins should be good enough to win but the Bills may be a good bet in the spread betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

New England Patriots vs Indianapolis Colts

This rivalry is one of the most intense in the NFL but will take on a whole new complexion without Peyton Manning as the Colts quarterback. Tom Brady and Manning clashed in many epic battles, while the later was the franchise player for the Colts, but Brady will now face off against rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. Luck has shown great maturity in his debut season and is well on track to lead the Colts to an extremely surprising winning season. This is a dangerous game for the Patriots who have dropped games they should have won a couple of times this season. However, Brady has an excellent record against the Colts and that should continue in 2012.

New Orleans Saints vs Oakland Raiders

This will be just the twelfth meeting between the Saints and the Raiders. The Saints started the season extremely poorly and are now in a position where they need to win almost their entire remaining matches just to qualify for the playoffs. The Raiders have shown form at times this season but are far too inconsistent to be considered a playoff contender. Quarterback Carson Palmer has put up some good yardage this season and may be able to exploit the poor Saints secondary defense while Saints quarterback Drew Brees should be able to do the same. The best gambling play in this game is betting on the Over option in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

New York Jets vs St Louis Rams

The St Louis Rams will be looking to maintain their excellent record against the New York Jets when they meet in week 11. Both these sides have been inconsistent in 2012 and unless they go on an end of season winning streak their playoff chances appear to be over. The Jets continue to disappoint their fans and are loss against the Rams could see starting quarterback Mark Sanchez replaced by popular back-up Tim Tebow. Tebow could be the x-factor that the Jets need to start winning close games. The Jets are a team that NFL gamblers simply just can’t trust so this game should be ignore from a betting perspective.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Washington Redskins

The Eagles and Redskins will renew their rivalry that has existed since 1974. The games between these sides always have a lot of feeling so you can expect this to be a hard hitting affair. This will be battle between two quarterbacks who enjoy playing out if the pocket. Robert Griffin III has sparked the Redskins offense and has kept them in many games with his rushing ability. Michael Vick once had the rushing ability of RG3 but is lacking confidence after fumbling a number of times throughout 2012. This game will be decided by the quarterbacks so the best betting options is betting on the team that is available at longer odds at Online Sportsbooks.

San Diego Chargers vs Denver Broncos

The Chargers will be aiming to gain revenge for the embarrassing loss they suffered against the Broncos in week 6. The Chargers led the Broncos 24-0 heading in to half time but capitulated in the second half to lose 35-24. Peyton Manning has been in exceptional form this season and is well on track to lead the Broncos to their second straight AFC West divisional title. The Chargers must win this game if they want to keep the race for the division alive but based on their current form that appears unlikely. Manning should be able to lead the Broncos to another win over the stuttering Chargers franchise.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Carolina Panthers

These teams met well back in week 1 with the Buccaneers defensive line completely nullifying the running game of the Cam Newton and the Panthers offense. The game set a trend that has continued throughout the season with Newton really struggling in his sophomore season. This is an important game for the Panthers if they want to keep their record looking respectable as well as keep head coach Ron Rivera in the job. The Buccaneers have improved significantly under rookie head coach Greg Schiano and are on track to finish with a respectable 8-8 record. This should be a higher scoring game than their early season encounter so a bet on the Over option in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks is a good gambling play.
