NFL Schedule - Team vs. Team - Week 10

Atlanta Falcons vs New Orleans Saints

This will be the eighty-seventh renewal of this rivalry that is easily the most intense in the AFC South. The New Orleans Saints have won the last three meetings between these sides but their form in 2012 has not even been close to that of the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have been the most impressive side in the NFL this season and will be keen to label themselves the real deal as Super Bowl contenders. The games between these sides are generally high-scoring and this year should be no exception so betting on the Over option in the Over/Under betting market is an excellent proposition in this game.

Buffalo Bills vs New England Patriots

This game could be very important in determining who wins the AFC East division. The Buffalo Bills are desperate to win their division this season and return to the playoffs for the first time since 1999. To qualify for the playoffs they must win this game and improve on their dismal showing against the Patriots in week 4. The Patriots have not been at their best in 2012 and appear the most vulnerable to losing their division since 2008, when Tom Brady was injured for the entire season. However, the Patriots have an excellent record against the Bills in recent years and should be able to win this game and take control of the division.

Dallas Cowboys vs Philadelphia Eagles

This will be a very important game in the hotly contested NFC East division. With Robert Griffin III igniting the Washington Redskins offense this division is now a legitimate four-way contest. This means that all games between these sides will be incredibly important. The Eagles beat the Cowboys in both meetings between these teams last season and will be desperate to extend their winning streak. The Eagles have been one of the most frustrating teams in the NFL this season and the pressure is really on head coach Andy Reid and quarterback Michael Vick. However, the same could be said about Jason Garrett and Tony Romo on the Cowboys side. This is a game where the best gambling option is to bet on the team that is available at longer odds at Online Sportsbooks.

Denver Broncos vs Carolina Panthers

This is just the fourth ever meeting between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. This will be a very tough game for the Panther secondary defense that has really struggled in 2012. They are faced with the tough job of shutting down Peyton Manning and the athletic Broncos receiving duo of Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker. This will really put the pressure on Panthers quarterback Cam Newton who has really struggled in his sophomore season. This game has the potential to be very ugly for the Panthers and the Broncos are an excellent bet in the spread betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

Detroit Lions vs Minnesota Vikings

The Detroit Lions will be desperate to avenge the upset loss they suffered to the Minnesota Vikings in week 4. The Lions special teams were atrocious in that game and conceded touchdowns from both a kickoff and punt return. The Vikings have surprised many experts this season but must continue to win games like this one if they want to qualify for the playoffs. One aspect in the Vikings favour is their excellent record at Ford Field, the home field of the Detroit Lions. However, if quarterback Matt Stafford and Calvin Johnson can connect the Lions should be able to win this game.

Houston Texans vs Chicago Bears

This will be just the third meetings between these teams. The Bears will be desperate to beat the Texans as they are the only franchise Chicago has never tasted victory against. Both these sides have an excellent defensive unit so this will be an extremely hard fought and physical game. The Texans will look to avoid passing against the strong Bears defense so Arian Foster will likely be the focal point of their offense. The Texans defense will be looking to put pressure on Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and force the inconsistent quarterback to make mistakes. This should be a very low-scoring game so the best betting option is to wager on the Under option in the Over/Under betting market at Online Sportsbooks.

Indianapolis Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars upset the Colts in week 3 to score their only win of the season thus far. Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew was the difference between the sides in that meeting and MJD will be key to the Jaguars chances in this game. Despite both sides likely being out of the playoffs race there will still be a great deal of pride on the line; like there always is when these teams clash. The Colts will be desperate to gain revenge for their earlier loss and will be motivated heading into this clash. The difference in this game is likely to be Colts quarterback Andrew Luck who is significantly better than his opposite number Blaine Gabbert. The Colts are a fairly safe gambling option in this game.

Kansas City Chiefs vs Pittsburgh Steelers

This game is a must win for the Pittsburgh Steelers if they want to qualify for the playoffs in 2012. The Steelers have looked impressive at times this season but have lost games they really should have won against the Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans. The Chiefs have been woeful this year and will have one eye looking towards the 2013 NFL draft. Matt Cassel has shown this season that he simply isn't a franchise quarterback and the Chiefs will almost certainly use a first round pick on a new quarterback. This will likely be a low scoring game but the quality of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger should be enough to get his side over the line and keep their playoff hopes alive.

New York Giants vs Cincinnati Bengals

The New York Giants and Cincinnati Bengals have played on just ten occasions but have developed a strong rivalry because of the tightness of these games. A touchdown or less has decided nine out of the ten games played between these sides and it would not surprise if this year's meeting was just as close. The Bengals will have to improve their secondary defense if they want to win this game. It has been too easy to throw on the Bengals this season and Eli Manning is the type of quarterback that will take advantage of a defense that lacks confidence. The Bengals aren't a good side having to play from behind so Andy Dalton and the rest of the offense must get off to a good start. The Giants will win this game but don't bet on them in the spread betting market.

New York Jets vs Seattle Seahawks

The New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks have a very interesting rivalry. The Seahawks won the first seven meetings between the sides but have only won two games in their past ten meetings. This will be a very pivotal game for both sides as these are the type of games they need to win if they want to qualify for the playoffs. Games involving the New York Jets are tough to predict as they are extremely inconsistent. Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez will have to be at his best as the strong Seahawks defensive unit will take advantage of any mistakes he might make. The Seahawks defense should be good enough to get their home but this is probably a good game to ignore from a gambling perspective.

Oakland Raiders vs Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens have an excellent record against the Oakland Raiders and they are expected to continue that in 2012. The games between these sides are generally close and low scoring and you expect to see much of the same in this clash. The Oakland Raiders are generally able to stay close to their opponents but don't seem to have the killer instinct that will win them tight games. The Ravens have been hindered by injuries in 2012 and this is a game they need to win if they still want to be considered a leading contender in the AFC. The Ravens will win this game but betting on the Raiders in the spread betting market at Online Sportsbooks is a good play.

San Diego Chargers vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will need to improve on their dismal record against the San Diego Chargers if they are going to win this game. The Buccaneers have beaten the Chargers on just one occasion and have never been successful against them at Raymond James Stadium. The Buccaneers have shown genuine improvement under new coach Greg Schiano and could give the Chargers a scare in this match-up. The Chargers have a decent record in 2012 but have still failed to impress and will struggle to compete with the top teams if they qualify for the playoffs. The Buccaneers should be available at long odds for this game and are well worth a bet at Online Sportsbooks.

St Louis Rams vs San Francisco 49ers

The rivalry between these sides is the most intense in the NFC West. The 49ers have dominated the Rams in recent seasons but historically this rivalry is incredibly close. However, it is tough to see the Rams being able to compete with the 49ers in 2012. The Rams offense has struggled to move the football this season and the 49ers have one of the strongest defensive units in the NFL. The 49ers are considered Super Bowl contenders and if they are going to reach those heights they must be able to beat their divisional rivals in this game. The 49ers have a very safe bet in this game and are an excellent addition to week 10 accumulator bets.

Tennessee Titans vs Miami Dolphins

This will be a very interesting game between two young sides. The Miami Dolphins have been one of the biggest surprise packages in the NFL this season and are a chance to make an extremely surprising playoff appearance. Rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill is always improving and Reggie Bush is finally developing into an elite running back. The Titans have been inconsistent in 2012 but have put up some big scores in recent weeks. It will take a big performance for running back Chris Johnson if the Titans are going to compete with the Dolphins. However, if the Dolphins can replicate their previous form they should be able to beat the Titans comfortably and keep their playoff hopes alive.
