About our Writers
We set up the online gambling blog so we could post about anything we liked whenever we liked, even if it wasn’t necessarily worthy of being news. This is where we like to make bold bet predictions, cheer on our favorite teams, talk about our wins and losses and share new discoveries in the world of gambling.
We also like to Tweet from time to time @ – http://www.twitter.com/OGambling. Our followers will be privvy to special tips and bonuses from time to time.
There are a few people that contribute to the OnlineGambling.com website, and most of them also have access to the blog, although not everyone likes to post often.
Ed Jones
The first and most venerable blogger is old man Ed Jones. He’s not really that old, but in the world of online gambling he’s a dinosaur. He was around when the first internet gambling websites began taking bets on slow, laggy servers. Ed tells stories about the real gamble back then being whether or not the site would crash before you finished placing your bets.
He does his best work from the beach and loves just about every form of gambling, especially online poker, craps, NFL Betting, anything in Las Vegas and of course his beloved Los Angeles Lakers.
Shad
Formally known as Christopher Shadforth, Shad loves MMA fighting, and actually trains in martial arts himself. He’s also into the mathematical side of gambling and devising the best strategies to use with different games to give him the best possibility of winning. His beard is surely his greatest weapon in the octagon… Nobody wants to grapple with that thing…
Tucker
The biggest ice hockey fan around these parts is Jill ‘Tucker‘ Frost. She roots for the Colorado Avalanche and will often have old Stanley Cup replays playing on her monitor whilst she’s reviewing an online casino for the site. She also doesn’t mind throwing a few coins at the slots.
The Doctor
TheDoctor’s real name is Simon Jones and he lives and breathes Football (don’t you dare call it soccer around him!) . It doesn’t matter which continent a game is being played on , Doctor Jones will know who played, what the score was and how much a pint of lager was at the pub across the road from the stadium.
And if the Hull City Tigers are playing look out – it’ll be hugs all ’round for every goal they score and head-butts for any they let in.
Teen Wolf
The Teen Wolf is a programmer extraordinaire who enjoys playing both sides of the odds to try and find a guaranteed win, no matter how small. And strangely he likes betting at the other end of the spectrum too – on weird things like spelling bees or during which inning of a Mets game it will rain on a particular day. He loves obscure bets – which we now refer to as ‘Wolf Bets‘. He has his own blog at CanYouBetOn.com too.
There’s a few other friends that may post from time to time, but until they put in a regular appearance they’re not getting a profile paragraph!
